Error (0x8083003)

I am sorry that you are presenting this error code, one of the possible solutions is to perform an ignition cycle, for that you must follow the steps below:

Step 1. Turn off your console by holding down the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
Step 2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

​​​If that didn't work, the next option will be to reset the console and keep the games and applications. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live, your progress and saved games won't be deleted. It will delete all your accounts, but you can add them all later.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information.
Select Reset console.
Reset and keep my games and apps.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Based on your description, you are trying to save your progress for Minecraft and is unable to because you were prompted with an error code 0x8083003. Let us check on this together and sort it out in timely manner.

1. Is this issue happening to all game titles?
   
2. Are you signed into the account that has active subscription or license of the game? If the game was originally owned with an account that was set as Home Console you may want to verify if that account.
   
3. What troubleshooting steps have we done so far? Have you tried power cycling your Xbox? Please try to perform the steps below.
   
   • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
     
   • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
     
   • Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
     
   • Plug the console power cable back in.
     
   • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
