Error 0x803F8001 when starting Hollow Knight

In the Discord, they gave me the Xbox Game Pass for 3 months for a Nitro subscription, I activated it in Xbox (Beta) and immediately started installing games, first I installed Hollow Knight, tried to start it and Microsoft Store gave me the following error:

Verify your account

Hollow Knight is now not available on your account. Below is the error code: 0x803F8001

, I went around many sites but still could not find a solution, I updated all the drivers, Microsoft Store and Windows 10 pro to version 1909, nothing helped, I'm not even going to download Forza Horizon 4, because I heard that there is this problem too,
and with my Internet, 80GB is a lot., what should I do?

Hi IIDoragon,

sorry to hear. Please check first if there are issues with the
XBOX Live Service in your Region, because this is normaly a license error. And next, if you still wireless conected, please use a RJ45 cable and also do not use a
Proxy.I suggest you to follow the below steps to disable Proxy (if you use one) on Windows 10:

Click on Start, select Settings and navigate to
Network & Internet > Proxy.

Toggle the option Automatically detect settings
to ON.

Toggle the option Use a proxy server
to OFF.

Xbox Live is online, i do not use proxy.

I tried all the methods, nothing helped

The problem is only with this game, the account is not for children, I did not find information about the ban in my region, all other platforms support the game in my region.
Nevertheless, I decided to give the whole day to download Forza Horizon 4, it starts up and works...
Interestingly, Hollow Knight cannot be found in the Microsoft Store search (idk, maybe only for me).

thanks for keeping us informed. So after you reregister your store and reset the Cache is the question "Do you only get the error code in this game or does it matter which game you choose?" and if it is only at "Hollow Knight" - maybe you use a

restricted children account or it is
not available in your Region (on the computer, the error messages are not as clear as on the console)
