    Error 0x8024001e (descarga de app/videojuegos en xbox beta para pc)


    Hola gente que tal, les comento, reciente obtuve el game pass, el problema surge cuando me pongo a descargar cualquier juego, si minimizo el microsoft store o la app de xbox beta (pc) y abro cualquier otro juego o programa, la descarga se pausa y salta
    un error de denominacion 0x8024001e, y por mas que intente reanudarla, al cabo de 1 minuto vuelve a pausarse con el mismo error, alguno tiene idea de ¿porque sucede esto? ya que no quiero estar 2hs mirando la pantalla de mi pc hasta que la descarga termine.

    Solo para confirmar, estás usando la app de
    Game Pass PC (beta)     ? ya que la suscripción para PC no se verá directamente reflejada en la app de Xbox ni en la página de Xbox. En la tienda de MS si el juego no es para PC no aparecerá la opción. En ocasiones los juegos vienen con dos páginas de descarga
    distintas, una para Xbox y otra para PC, solo asegurat que la opción de "disponible en: PC" aparezca.

    Just to confirm, are you using the Game Pass PC (beta) app? because your PC subscription won't be directly reflected in the Xbox app or Xbox page. In the MS store if the game is not for PC the option will not appear. Sometimes games come with two different
    download pages, one for Xbox and one for PC, just make sure that the "available on: PC" option appears.

    Para solucionar este error, cambien algo de su avatar aquí en Xbox.com, luego realicen la descarga de su perfil nuevamente. Lo acabo de hacer y funciona :)
