    If the above possible solution doesnt fix the issue, try to
    Power Cycle     your console or
    Factory Reset     your console, in this step you can choose to keep your games and apps installed

    I'd try this first: delete and re-download your account on your console. :) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    You won't lose anything, but if your profile somehow got corrupted or something, it'll fix it!

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to sign-in to your account.

    It is likely that this is indicating an error with the account itself. What I would recommend would be

    remove your account and re-add it     back onto your console, and see if this helps alleviate the problem.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you.

    No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
