Error 0x80190193 - All PC Game Pass Downloads Fail

All of my game downloads from Game Pass are failing. I cannot contact Microsoft support because I recieve the helpful error "something went wrong" when trying to submit my phone number for a call back. My only hope is this forum post before I cancel Game Pass, because why would I pay for it when I can't download the games?

As the title says; all my downloads from Game Pass fail with the error code 0x80190193. I've already reset the Xbox app, and the Windows Store app. I cannot think of anything else to change and Google tells me NOTHING about this specific error on PC Game Pass.

I understand. Some more recommendations I would give you would be to check your computer for corrupted files, for that, you should use the System File Checker tool, instructions on how to use it you can find in the link below.

*If none of the options work, you would have the option to format the computer to see if the problem would be resolved, but there is no guarantee, however, if there is something wrong with the system, it would probably be fixed.

I understand this is strange considering this is a more well-known issue on xbox. Please check the thread below regarding this error.

It didn't work, and neither did removing Gaming Services with Powershell, then reinstalling.

It's starting to seem like this cannot be fixed. In which case I may as well cancel Game Pass :/

Solved same problem with this instruction:

Try reinstalling the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10 device:

Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install the app on that page, and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device, and try to install the game again
