Why did you include at the end, a step for a Xbox console?

None of the steps you have posted or in the link at the end did not have a resolution to my problem. It does not do this to every game. Only select ones it fails to log into my microsoft account as it shows in the photo I provided of it doing it for Texas Chainsaw Massacare. It's always done this for some games, just never happened to a game I cared enough to get it fixed until now. I really wanna play Texas massacare. This is extremely aggerating.

• Can we try to run NAT type on your device?
  
  • For Windows 10:
    
    • PC settings > Gaming > Xbox Network and check the NAT Type.
      
    • Look for the NAT Type
      
    • Please reply with screenshot of your Xbox network.
      
  • For Windows 11: Install Xbox companion app from Microsoft Store
    
    • Launch Xbox Console Companion App.
      
    • Go to Settings and select network tab.
      
    • Look for NAT type.
      

If none of these steps work, please let me know.
