Error 0x80131522 when installing xbox app

I'm trying to install xbox app on my pc but right after I click install there appears message that there is error 0x80131522. I've already tried a lot of things like turning off anitvirus, running as administrator and even changed my region but none of them worked.

Hello Mokrota, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2?

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

This allowed me to reattempt installing it but cleared it only in the xbox app and was hit with error 0% when i attempted to install.

Deleted all files as suggested and rebooted.

Command ran without an error, but gaming services still not installed in Microsoft Store or Xbox apps, and gives the same error message when trying to install.

I was able to uninstall the Xbox app, but it gives me the same error when trying to install games, even from the Microsoft Store instead of the Xbox app.

I have re-upgraded to windows 11, but unfortunately the error code comes up again.

When I press the install button for the XBOX app, the error comes up after a while.

I also did a clean install of the XBOX app, but to no avail.
