    Error 0x80131500 Microsoft Store


    Please help! I’m so frustrated. When I turned on my xbox1 to play Apex Legends tonight it said I needed to install the game indicating that I hadn’t purchased it in the store. (I’ve been playing on this xbox for months) So I attempted to go to the store
    & it won’t load and keeps giving me error message 0x80131505 or 0x80131500. CV: zze7+4Bvo0K3RGIW. I’ve tried a few different troubleshoot options & nothing is fixing it. I’ve checked and there are no updates available for the store or for apex. I’ve uninstalled
    apex & tried to access the store again....keep getting the same error code. Xbox assist is useless. Any suggestions?

    Hi, it might be likely caused due to a disruption in your console's connectivity to Xbox Live in that it cannot download the data for that section of the Store from the Xbox Live servers.

    I found in another thread the following solution for this case:

    Do a hard reset and
    power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect
    and turn on the Xbox and check for any updates again.

    It didn't work and I cant download xbox console companion because when I open the Microsoft store it says "Try that again Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."

    Maybe? It might be their slow servers. But when I go into MW and it says download the Mp2 pack , I click on it and it takes me to the store and fails to load. I haven't got a system update or a Microsoft store update and I've hard reset it 4 times
