    I am an old user of xbox one s and i have used xbox one with all its fetchers for more than one year, I have used all the steps above without any problem during that year.

    but the error 0x800a40010 appear suddenly and prevent me from sign in again.

    please find the solution for this problem because the xbox is useless without signing in.

    Hello Yassin!

    If the previously posted troubleshooting guide did not help, then I would say that the best step for you to try next is what we call a soft reset

    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.



    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.

    Follow the steps here on
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One     and let us know how that helps with the issue

    The factory reset does not solve the problem.

    but the error code was 0x80a40010 and not 0x800a40010 and still the same first error

    please help me to fix this problem.

    Region Availability     site and make sure your country is showing up there.
