    Welp, looks like Xbox One is *** my *** again. AGAIN. I'm trying to update GTA V and this is what Xbox One tells me when I insert the disc:

    Sorry can't launch 0x80073d06.

    So when ever I try to launch halo wars 2 it say "sorry can't launch this" is there a way to fix this?

    Xbox game bar won't turn on.

    I followed the instructions. The process ended with a lot of errors 0x80073D06. But I still can't turn the slider to the "on" position. Do I need to perform this procedure in powershell in safe mode?

    (I also successfully performed DISM and SFC /SCANNOW operations. But that didn't help either.)
