error 0x8007065E everytime i try to download a game

Thanks for keeping us informed. So I think you should check your Windows system files! Windows provides its own tool, System File Checker (SFC), for this purpose, which you can run from the command prompt if you have administrator privileges.

The application checks all system files and then immediately starts an attempt to repair found bad files. In any case, SFC records all the results so that you can alternatively replace the damaged data yourself.To use the scan program,:

Open the command prompt as an administrator:

1. Go to Windows Search from the Start menu (Windows icon).
2. Type "cmd" and then right-click on the entry "Prompt".
3. Select the "Run as Administrator" menu item.
4. Now insert the following command line into the command line: sfc /scannow
5. Confirm your entry by pressing Enter to start the verification process. Leave the command prompt window open until the check is complete and SFC has notified you of the results.

sorry to hear. The error code says something like "missing some core files".Here some advice to solve your Problem:

• Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App).
  
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
  
• Try "AppDiagnostic" to repair the Store.
• Some games need to be installed at C:
• Check your hard disk via scandisk and chkdsk /r.
• If this all fails "Try it with a clean boot"
• Please try to install this games via the store. If this does not work try it via the xbox webside.

I had the same problem but with the error code 0x80040154 which doesn't exist according to the dedicated page to lookup error codes. I ran powershell commands as suggested to install other MS components, I was up to date with windows and everything else.
The only way I found I was able to download any game was to force my firewall not to start. Closing the firewall while windows is booted does nothing, nothing pops up from my firewall to indicate that it blocking anything as it usually does when running so
it must be a software conflict. Not very impressed that to download a game I've had to hard disable my firewall.

i just tried scannow also , and the result was ok....i tried in general all the way described in the usually fix for this error... but it seems i cannot fix it...

Hi again my last solution is: Make sure your Computer Login is the same as your XBOX-Account!
Select the Start button, then select Settings/Accounts/Your Info/ there should be the same email as your XBOX account!
