    Error 0x80070005 unfixable, does anyone know another fix that isnt any of the ones below?


    While trying to install the Minecraft Launcher from the microsoft store, I accidentally denied permissions with UAC and now get the error code 0x80070005 any time I try to install minecraft java or bedrock. I've used all the techniques with powershell, command prompt, registry, app data, restarting pc and microsoft store, resetting and repairing microsoft store. I cannot allow it through the firewall because it is not installed and I cant edit it!

    anybody know anything that might work to give permissions to install the Minecraft Launcher?

    Sorry about that. Let’s try some steps that might help. Kindly delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then set up your installation drive, press the Windows Key + I to open Settings. Click System > Storage. On Windows 10, underneath the More storage settings heading, click Change where new content is saved.

    Nothing actually fix this.
    In another game I get this error: 0x80070005

    It doesn't show this error when installing on the main drive where OS installed, but only when installing in another ssd.
