Error 0x80004005 on Netflix and HBO Go

What in the world??

So these apps continuously die, won't stream anything, lock up my console. I use the "xbox.com/errorhelp" to look what this error means and all it tells me is that the app can't connect to Xbox Live.

Yet: The Xbox Live status page says all is green on HBO Go. Wrong!

Yet: I run the in-console network test and get the "It's all good" and quickly I might add.

Yet: I have bandwidth for days. I'm getting 90 up n 90 down on a 1Gb so that should never be the issue.

What's the deal Microsoft? I'm a long time Xbox supporter and I'm really starting to lose faith. This is disappointing.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

HBO NOW strange behavior

From a cold boot of my XB1 I can not go to HBO NOW without getting an error about service not available.

If I immediately go to Netflix, start streaming and quit out of Netflix, then go back in to HBO it will work fine.

If I restart the XB1 the behavior begins all over again.

 

What do you use your Xbox 360 nowadays for?

Games, Netflix & HBO Go.

 

I've started seeing this error more frequently on Netflix now as well. Tonight I watched one episode of Walking Dead, but now can't watch anything else without this error popping up.
