Error 0x49 80080300

Go ahead and try the following steps:

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option,
and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

Hopefully that helps and makes it so you can open up the Xbox app.

Hi I just had this issue and fixed it, for me, I unlinked my Microsoft and PC account, in the settings, where you can see the account picture, click sign in locally, that will in link your Microsoft account, once that is done you will have to sign in again,
and go to the same menu, go to email and app accounts, and click remove, once that is done, no apps under Microsoft should be linked to your account, and then for me I directly clicked to start up halo wars, it prompted me to log in, once I logged in, the
game started up. Hope this helps, I did not see this anywhere

No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
able get online at all its quite lame.
