    When I open the app in windows 10, it does not open and sends to me the error message "you can not access now 0x406"

    • Are you using the same Microsoft account to sign in to the Xbox app and to your Windows 10 PC?
    • Have you made any changes to your device or your Xbox account before encountering this issue?
    • Have you tried accessing other built-in Windows 10 apps to check if the same issue occurs?
    • Are you able to sign in to
