Error (0x406) On Xbox App Windows 10

Sounds like you've been through quite a few steps already in troubleshooting the issue with the app on your PC. If you're seeing this with other applications on your PC, not just the Xbox App, there might be something going on instead that's preventing you
from accessing those apps.

Have you attempted to refresh Windows 10 to troubleshoot this issue as well? It's not the best thing to have to go through, but if you've having issues with UWP programs and services on your PC, it might be a good step to look into. If you wanted some more

Also, I recommend that you perform the following steps below:

Step 1:Clear the Windows Store cache.

1. On the Cortana search box, enter "cmd"
   
2. Right-click on Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator.
   
3. Type
   wsreset.exe, and hit Enter key.
   

Step 2:Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
   
2. Select Apps.
   
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
   
4. Click the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
   
5. Click Reset.
   
6. Restart your computer.
   

Once done, kindly try to sign in to your Xbox app and check if that will work for you. Keep
