Error 0x00000c69

I was playing Gears on my PC and suddenly i was removed form the game and thats happening all times at the same point at the game.

The error number thats appear is 0x00000c69

How can i fix it?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The error code is 0x00000c69.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on ''library'' in the lower-left corner then ''get updates'' and update everything.

If none of the above steps work, you can consider performing a factory reset on your Xbox One S. Reinstalling the game did nothing to fix the problem, and I had been using wired ethernet in all instances both resent and past. The issue still stands after reinstalling twice more and it is a digital use from game pass so no physical media is involved either. Internet connectivity on other games and apps works without issue on the wired connection but still resides in Gears 5.
