Hola tengo activa mi suscripción a GamePass, pero trato de inicia el WWE 2K20 y me aparece este error. Ya cerré y volví a iniciar sesión, verifiqué mi suscripción, pero aún así sigue apareciendo el error // Hello, I have activated my GamePass subscription,
but I try to start WWE 2K20 and I get this error. I already closed and logged back in, verified my subscription, but still keep getting error

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do in this instance. I can totally understand how this could throw anyone off. If you are unable to have this let you play, you might want to try

removing your profile and then redownloading it. When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
able get online at all its quite lame.
