Bueas amigos,

soy nuevo en xbox y me encuentro con el problema que puedo descargar juegos pero no aplicaciones, se pausa la descarga y me da el el erro 08x80072f8f, y no me deja continuar la descarga, intento descargar la aplicacion para blu-ray y no me deja entre otras.
en la tienda de microsoft me dijeron que era un problema de la tienda y que en breve se solucionaria, pero despues de una semana, creo que pasaron de todo y dieron una respuesta standar.

el acceso a xbox live es correcto gracias a un codigo de 1 mes gratis y esta funcional, pero no puedo descargar aplicaciones.

alguien podria hecharme una mano, ya que empiezo a estar desesperado por no encontrar la solucion.
