    I have an error 0×80a4000e help. This is the first time the xbox is turned on. when I created an account, I added e-mail and then I led the password and I got this error 0 × 80a4000e.

    I tried to update to the factory settings only without a flash drive. deleted account created a new one did not help. help me please

    Hey there NikolayPak,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to potentially get around this error that's preventing you from playing the console. I can totally understand how this kind of error could really throw someone for a loop so I split your comment from
    the thread it was originally on as to provide the appropriate attention. If resetting the console to factory settings without the flash drive did not work, then your next best course of action would definitely be to try that offline update with one.
