    xbox live error status

    hi i been getting an error code when i'm been trying to sign in to xbox live but i keep getting an erroor code saying

    W: 0000 - 0021

    X: C000 - 4003

    Y: 0000 - 0000

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    ID: 0001 - 0002

    what does it mean?

    New xbox update failure xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0185

    The neork is not the problem, my little brother has an xbox he lives in the same house, uses same network and downlpaded the update fine. Hardware erroor, he xbox is new, could you guys roll out another update to fix it?
