    Erroneously charged


    Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass subscriptions. I have used the free period of both of them a long time ago, however, I have never received any kind of warning about the end of the tests, I had stopped using it and then realised I had been charged. As by default,
    and unfairly, the charge was in automatic renewal, so I had my credit card charged at $ 87 (double charge!). Even worse, this credit card was stolen, it's been invalid for a long time and still I'm being charged. For some reason I am still unable to disable
    automatic renewal. My account was frozen erroneously. I won't pay for services that I have not used! I will neither add another form of payment. I just want to remove this invalide credit card; for you to stop the absurd automatic charging; and that my account
    is freed from the current values unfairly charged ((which was doubled!). Otherwise, I will go after any means to require my rights, even public ones.

    Erroneously Removed from Ambassadors

    That would be fine if they removed me for actually doing something wrong, but I have done nothing wrong in this case aside from dialed back how often I am able to help with my current time constraints.
