Erro Transmission is not working !!!

Discus and support Erro Transmission is not working !!! in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I am with this error and I can not solve it, I have already spoken with support and more but are not finding a solution I hope I was able to help...     I am with this error and I can not solve it, I have already spoken with support and more but are not finding a solution I hope I was able to help myself !!! NOTE: I had made a new account for config testa told me and it worked but I do not want to get rid
    of my current account I'm waiting!

    Other digital games are working. It's just AW that's giving me this erros

    Just to have some clarification, so it Sounds like there is an issue to download the old account after creating a new account?

    When attempting to download the old account, there is an ERROR message received?

    what is the error code and message?

    Is this a Xbox account? Microsoft account?

    Please be more specific so we may know how to respond to this issue.
