Hi,

I have Gamepass for PC and have been trying to play EA games through it every since the Gamepass started serving EA Play games.

I already have EA Play app installed, but I do not think my accounts are connected: I continue running into problems there.

When I try to install an EA game on the Xbox Gamepass app, I get below error messages

This message pops up in a separate window

{"error":"Internal server error","error_description":null,"error_code":null,"code":107019}

And this Error code is given under error details.

Error code: 0xa3e903e8

When I try to connect Xbox and EA accounts by logging into EA website via XBOX Live option, I get an error message saying that

"There is an issue with your Xbox account. For more details, please go to 'Xbox Live'(link to Xbox website)"

I cannot find anyone else having a similar issue as me.

I tried to install Fifa 21 through my XBOX game pass for PC and encountered same error code:

Like you suggested, I did

1) Go to help.ea.com

2) Click "Log In"

3) Sign in with Xbox live -> there is an option to sign in using XBOX credentials -> use the Xbox account you want to link to your EA Account

but it says

"Something went wrong... We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later."

What should I do? I would highly appreciate your answer. Thank you!

Hii, I found this solution on Reddit and it worked for me.

1) Go to help.ea.com

2) Click "Log In"

3) Sign in with Xbox live -> there is an option to sign in using XBOX credentials -> use the xbox account you want to link to your EA Account

4) Now he want a new EA ID -> type something in to create a new EA Account

5) Signed in with the new EA Accout go to "Accounts" -> "Connections"

6) unlink the Xbox Live Account from the new created EA Account (now the xbox Account is "clean")

7) restart your PC

8) Start the Xbox App and try to install an EA Play Game -> Now he ask you which EA Account you want to link

9) Sign in with your EA Account you want to link.

“Turns out my XBOX account was linked to another EA account that I no longer had access too. Took a bit to prove I owned it, but once unlinked everything started to work.”
