Tentei comprar um jogo na loja da microsoft porém toda vez que tento efetuar o pagamento aparece a mensagem "entre em contato com a microsoft, não foi possível processar o pagamento."

[Translation-I tried to buy a game at the microsoft store, but every time I try to make a payment, the message "contact microsoft, payment could not be processed."]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues with making a purchase. We recommend waiting 24 hours to try another purchase. Multiple tries will flag the account. While you wait you can request a call from support. To make sure everything
is ok with the account and payment options.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Xbox Live Services are under outage in Purchase and Content Usage, so probably is because of that you are seeing that error. Try again later when the outage is fixed. You can stay updated by accessing in console in Network Settings or through browser in

Xbox Live Status.
