Erro ao instalar Microsoft Pass jogo Rage

Estou extremamente desgosto com este serviço, antes da atualização o aplicativo até funcionava, mas depois simplesmente não consigo mais instalar o app, consegui instalar o jogo RAGE 2 pela store, porém o game não reconhece o controle ( X BOX ONE original)
que utilizado para jogar todos os jogos.

Isso é uma incenderia com os clientes visto que outras plataformas como EPIC Game e Steam estão há anos luz de vocês, como pode o próprio controle do game não ser reconhecido sendo que o problema se retrata há um game baixado pela plataforma microsoft, queria
saber se podem ajudar ou terei que cancelar o serviço.

Are you having a problem with rage 2 or the xbox one OS?. The rage 2 game has had moments of freezing but restarting the game normally fixes it and seems to only happen on the original I have it on my original and S and it does crash on occasion on the
original.

I think you're trying to play Rage 2 on your PC using GamePass for PC but the controller isn't being recognized? Have you checked to make sure everything is up to date and that you have all the necessary drivers installed?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
