Thanks for getting back to us today. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the games to see if that resolves the problem? If not I would suggest to uninstall one of the free games with gold and re-install and let us know if the issue persists.

If anything you can also try to
remove and re-add your account.



Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.
