Method 1:

Reset the Store.

I request you to follow the steps below to reset the Windows store:

1. Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
   
2. Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
   
3. Restart the computer and check.
   

Method 2:

I request you to run the Windows app troubleshooter for Windows 10.

Method 3:

You may try to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue. Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

1. Go to Start menu and then click on Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
3. Select Add an Account.
4. Enter a user name and press Next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
7. Check if issue persists.

Estou tendo este problema no Windows 10 Home Versão 1809 compilação 17.763.253. O Aplicativo do Xbox acessa as minhas contas normalmente. Nenhum dos links enviados me ajudaram a corrigir este erro. O jogo

The Xbox app usually accesses my accounts.
None of the submitted links helped me to correct this error.
The game is Kholat and this is in the library of the store of microsoft.

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this. By any chance have you checked to see if there's any updates you may be needing at the moment that haven't gone through?

To update quickly, select check for updates now below, and then select Check for updates. Or select the Start button, and
then go to Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Update
& Security Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows
Update Circular arrows Sync icon, and select Check
for updates.

If there's any updates go ahead and let it go through afterwards make sure to restart the PC.

If you are on Xbox one, try the following:
