erro 0x800704c6, não consigo instalar nada / cant install anything

Hi, since around 26 may 2020 i couldnt install any game from xbox (beta) pc, not sure what is the problem since i already tried some stuff like reset connection, repair and reinstall xbox(beta), update gpu drivers and windows... i have Xbox game pass and
also tried to sign out and in several times... someone knows how to fix this issue? thanks in advance.

Não consigo baixar o jogo, informa que não é compatível com a minha região. Entrei em contato com o suporte, confirmaram o erro no jogo e pediram para aguardar. Já passou uma semana e nada, permanece o mesmo erro. Vai acabar o prazo e não vamos conseguir
baixar. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor e propagando enganosa. Primeiro mês de assinante e mega decepicionada.
