    Bonjour!

    J'ai récemment acquis une nouvelle Xbox Series S pour le Black Friday qui venait avec un 3 mois de Game Pass Ultimate. Je voulais donc installer l'application Xbox sur mon ordinateur. Cependant, j'ai fait face au code 0x803FB005 dans le Microsoft Store qui m'empêchait de télécharger l'application. J'ai tout essayé: clean boot, désinstaller/retélécharger les services Windows Store avec le cmd, utiliser le Powershell: rien. Je fais toujours face cette même impasse. J'ai également essayer de télécharger l'application depuis le site web de Microsoft et je faisais quand même face cette erreur. J'ai même mis jour mon ordinateur pour le faire passer de Windows 10 Windows 11! Que puis-je faire de plus pour faire fonctionner cette foutu application!!

    I recently acquired a brand new Xbox Series S for Black Friday which came with a free 3 months Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I wanted to install the Xbox App on my PC so I could take advantage of the PC Game Pass. However, I was met with the error code 0x803FB005 on the Microsoft Store which prevented me to download the app. I tried EVERYTHING: clean boot, uninstall/reinstall the Windows Store services using the Command Prompt, using the Powershell: and nothing. I always end up face to face with this error. I even tried to download the app directly from the Microsoft web site. I also tried upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11! What can I do more to get this app to download!

    We understand that you have tried some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Do not worry though because we have consulted to our internal support team. They have recommended to use the Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC (which is in Beta) to help fix the issue. Here are the steps below:

    1. Download the Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC (Beta) using this link: Download the Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC (Beta)
    2. Choose your save destination and then go to that destination to open the file after the download is complete.
    3. Once the file has been opened, a command prompt will then open and automatically run checks and install needed updates to Gaming Services for your PC. Note This will open a command prompt that only displays English at this time.
    Once the tool has completed its repairs, you can then enter “Y” or “N” into the command prompt and press the Enter key to provide feedback on how the tool worked:

    • If you enter “Y”, enjoy your time gaming!
    • If you enter “N”, follow the on-screen prompts to provide feedback so the appropriate teams can investigate any further issues.
    Let us know if the tool has helped fix the issue. If the issue still persists, do not worry though because we will also consult this to our internal support team and we will get back to you once a fix has been rolled out.
