Epic Games will not let me use my xbox account anymore..

I have been having lots of issues with epic games. They had currently disconnected my fortnight and tiny tina from my xbox account and we are trying to do everything to get it back working... Epic games is being no help. Seems that this happens a lot and NEEDS to be fixed. Does anyone have any advice or know what I should do? It is very irritating considering lots of money was put into my fortnight and my tiny tina was the expansion pack and was hella expensive. Please help.

Your best option would be to communicate with Epic Games to solve your issue. You can contact them through their official support website here: Support request (epicgames.com)

On that same website, you can find a section specifically for Epic accounts here: Get General Support for Epic Accounts (epicgames.com)

If your niece/nephews linked their Xbox account to your Epic Games account, you will not be able to link your accounts anymore. Each Epic Game account can only be linked with one platform account per platform. So if you remove your Xbox account from Epic, you can only re-link this same Xbox account to it.

You can check if your Xbox profile is linked or not to the Epic Games account by trying to sign in to the Epic Games website (https://www.epicgames.com/id/login) using your Xbox account (by clicking on the Xbox logo). You will then see if your Xbox profile is linked or not to an Epic Games account.

The problem is, it will not let me lick my PS4 to my epic account keeps saying sorry, but this account for PlayStation network has already been associated with another epic games account
