    My friend and I share fortnite accounts from two different devices he’s on xbox i’m on iphone and we never had an issues for an entire year. Now im getting this message i’m nit sure what to do. And i believe he’s now also having login issues. The message
    writes: we were not able to find a linked epic games account. Would you like to link this account? Any help here? Thanks.

    Download it to your Xbox, PC or other supported device

    If you're on iOS you'll have to wait your turn in the cloud as Epic and Apple are fighting.

    On iOS its giving the account cannot join multiplayer games message

    We have Live Gold and they have both logged in with their Xbox accounts. When we get to the signup or login screen for the game, we put in their Epic account info and it states wrong e-mail or password. The Epic account is through IOS app for their smartphones
    so I don't know if this is causing a merging problem.

    Same issue here but my app is on an IOS device. Everything is configured as above (checked 3 times). Both my IOS device and xbox are on the same wifi network. Ive tried logging out and back in on both xbox and app numerous times but there is nothing displaying

    Basically, that's what we told you, this particular game can only be run on mobile devices as it is described on the game page, the agent above said the game can be run by the Xbox app which can be downloaded by Android, or ios system from the iPhone, when downloading the Xbox app you would launch it and log in to the account you purchased the game from.
