Epic games launcher not letting me sign into another xbox account if I have two

I need help!!! I pulled up the Epic Games Launcher, and loaded the game Fortnite on my pc, it lagged badly. So, I went to access on son's Xbox one. I have my own live acct, signed in, but it would not pull in the connected Epic Games game acct data. I
went back on pc and looked for solutions, i saw it was suggested that if i disconnect then reconnect, it might fix it. So there i go..so I unconnected my Xbox Live account to the Epic Games account. And then attempt to Connect the xbox live account, and
this is what it gave me

"Your Xbox Live account has already been associated with another Epic Games account"

WTF....hmmmmmm.....this blows.....a little help please.......epic and Microsoft, put your heads together...please

I play both on Xbox and PC using the same Xbox Live account that is linked to the same Epic account.

What I noticed is that if I purchased an item or a v-bucks from Microsoft Store, it will not sync to my Epic games account/Epic game launcher without me launching the game on my Xbox first.

It would be best to purchase directly on the Epic launcher if you don't have an Xbox console to prevent any issues.

Yes desktop shortcut it brings up the pso2 START launcher but I haven't found another way to start it yet using the Xbox app ,only other way is use an actual Xbox ,I'm still using the desktop shortcut and I have two pc machines and it's the same on both ,another way is to use one of the other providers epic games and link the one time code from your pso2 Xbox account

I understand that you are having problems transfer your Switch to Xbox Fortnite. According to the information you have provided me, you have tried to connect your Epic Games account to your Xbox, but tells you that you have logged into another account. It also tells you that you have to use another Xbox network account or change to another epic account.

There are two possibilities for this:

You are using two different Epic Games accounts. If so, you will have to merge the two accounts before you can transfer your progress. You can do it on the Epic Games website.

You are using the same Epic Games account in two different consoles. If so, you will have to unlink the account of one of the consoles before being able to transfer your progress to the other. You can do it on the Epic Games website.

To verify what the problem is, you can try the following:

Go to the Epic Games website and log in to your account.
Click the icon of your profile in the upper right corner of the screen.

Select "Linked Accounts".
You will see a list of all the accounts that are linked to your Epic Games account.

If you see two Xbox accounts on the list, it means that you are using two different Epic Games accounts. In this case, you will have to merge the two accounts before you can transfer your progress.
