Epic Games launcher not installing or uninstalling

I dont know how it happened but for the moments when it did work i tried to open fortnite and it did open but my pc turned off and now the launcher wont work i tried contacting epic games but they said to go to microsoft and now microsoft is saying to post here.

May I know if you're able to install any other program besides the Epic launcher?

try the app trouble-shooter from Microsoft, it fixes the registery and you should be able to uninstall or at least re install epic launcher.

I am on Windows 10, i have tried asking epic games and they said to go to here

When i try to uninstall or install it always for "EpicInstaller-13.3.0-fortnite.msi" and it isnt in the default place plus idk what or where it is

Before to start troubleshooting this, may I know what happens when you try to install or uninstall the launcher?
If an error appears please share it with me.
Which Windows version are you using?
And what procedures you tried to fix this?
