    EP3 of Supergirl not showing on Xbox 360 video app.


    The 3rd episode of Supergirl which aird on the 9th of Nov still hasn't been added to Microsoft TV&Video on my Xbox360.. I has however been added and is showing on Xbox video's website. Not sure if this is a glitch on your side or a mistake not making it
    available on 360s or if the problem is specific to me.

    I have tried every solution to get it to show up but it wont.

    Are you still not seeing the videos purchased on your Xbox 360 showing up in your Xbox Video app on your Windows 8 computer?



    I have a step to try. On your Xbox 360, to to Xbox Video>My Videos>Account Management. When there, press 'X' for Refresh Purchase History. Then check the Xbox Video app on your computer again.

    We were having a technical issue that was preventing this episode along with several others from being available across all devices. This has been resolved and I've confirmed that this episode along with episode 4 are available.

    I'm not aware of Game Videos being included in the Xbox Video app on Xbox 360 previously. Granted it's been a long time. It's always handled only Movies & TV shows purchased/rented from Microsoft in addition to your personal videos.

    I assume when you say "It's always handled only Movies & TV shows" you are referring to the Xbox One version of the app; Meaning the answer to my question is "Yes, that feature was dropped."

    It certainly did handle these vignettes on the Xbox 360 though, and continued to do so after being updated and rebranded as "Movies & TV" when the Xbox One and Windows 10 were released. When the app first launched, the only videos available were these videos
    (E3 Clips, the live action Halo 3 short, 'bts' hype videos, etc...)
