EOLO-Xbox NAT and static IP problems

If it's still saying the NAT Type is limited, check that the required ports are being forwarded to the Xbox's static IP. If the issue persists, my best advice is to contact Eolo; this is something they would need to look into further

Usually, you are assigned a dynamic public IP address. This means your public IP may change at anytime, for example with a dynamic IP address, if your router is restarted there's a good chance your IP address will change. With a static IP, the address assigned to your network permanently.

The gateway address is usually the IP address for your router, the same IP address you access the router's setting page from. It should be the same as the current gateway address shown on the Xbox. If you're unsure, you should contact Eolo to confirm the gateway address for your router. To configure your IP on Xbox:

Go to your Xbox's settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Take note of the gateway address used. Select IP settings > Manual. Enter the information provided by Eolo and the gateway address.

Once you've set the static IP and forwarded the required ports to that IP, your NAT Type should be moderate or open.

So, when I go into the router settings I actually see that static IP is written next to the Xbox but the NAT is still limited.
But then I don't understand what the static public IP provided by the operator is for.
Furthermore, even though the IP is static and the ports are open, I can't even get remote playback going if I connect to a different line.
Forgive my ignorance on the subject

The static IP address you provided is a public IP address, not a local IP. Please edit your post to remove this address.

Devices on your network cannot use your public IP, it needs to be a local IP such as the one currently used by your Xbox. In your router settings, it should be possible to set the Xbox's automatic IP as it's static IP. For help with this I advise contacting Eolo.
