Entries disappeared!

Hi! I joined the Freedom Rewards mission. A couple days ago, It said I had logged almost 4 hours of gameplay and gave me entries for it. (Somehow I had 23), but now the time logged and entries are missing. I've played a few more hours since too.

Freedom play a thon

I only have 80 entries in the free play a thon, but I have 720 bonus entries showing up so far. The limit is supposed to be 90 entries per participant. My question is why wasn’t I given the 10 entries towards the main prize? I have
a ton of entries. I’ve played for over 100 hours.

Hello thatcjkid11,

The 80 entries are from your play time alone. Since you also have 10 entries from registering, you cannot earn any more entries to the Grand Prize, as 80 + 10 = 90, which is the maximum amount of entries for that prize.

yeah I'm missing all my accumulation from this week too. my progress from Monday was tracking on Wed, but Thursday it disappeared and i haven't seen my Tuesday progress show up either... not really much help, but at least you know
it's not just you. Maybe we'll get some answers next week

Apologies for the confusion. There was an issue where a backup from a older date was incorrectly showing on the website, causing you to see your entries from a few days ago instead of your current count. This issue has been corrected, and the website is
now showing the most up-to-date count of your entries.

The entry is about the lack of robux redemption option in microsoft rewards, not on the roblox website itself. It disappeared a long time ago and I would like to redeem my points.

No, I mean everything that was pre-order bonuses. Harlequin and Officer (MP Chars), the 2 Templar Lairs (Aqueduct and Trajan Market), and the Helmschmied Drachen Armor outfit.

Ubisoft took off the Exclusive Download Code entry on the Main Menu when they updated the game and released the DLC for The Da Vinci Disappearance.
