Entire Xbox 1S Games Library was wiped?!?!? No idea why?? HELP!!

Have had this Xbox for over half the year now and this has never happened before! I woke up today and booted it up and not only was some of my groups of games on my home screen messed up or not showing anything - my ENTIRE LIBRARY of almost 200 games I have is empty!! I haven't even touched my xbox in about a week since I've been so busy with work - but now on my day off, games I've even BROUGHT and have downloaded on my xbox aren't in my library!

I have SOME still on my xbox that I can play but even they are still not showing up in my library!

Please help me out here!! I don't wanna do anything to make this issue worse but that's a lot of money gone!! Some were downloaded free with the Gold pass, some where already on this xbox's library when I attached my account to it (so where they in my library then even though I hadn't brought them?), a few I think were back from when my mate's xbox was set as my home xbox or something and I accidently downloaded some of his months ago, and many I BROUGHT!! The ones I brought are mostly on disk - so has that messed something up??

If it just affected the ones I haven't purchased then why now?? Why not months ago when I first got them? And my Gold Pass hasn't expired - I have a year subscription.

And why is the rest of my xbox being so weird too? Lagging out at times when no games are open or just straight up not showing anything - it's storage isn't even that full! And I got the one with the biggest storage capacity!

Any ideas on what is going on here?!?

Cleaning the MAC did wonders and fixed it all!!! And I can't believe how simple it was thanks to your steps!

Thank you SOOO much!! I was really stressed about this for a while there but that did the trick! I can see all my games again and everything seems to be working waaayyy better!!

I'll remember in the future that if this ever happens again to clean the MAC first before I freak out hahaha!! Thanks mate, you've made my day! <3

Please turn on your Xbox and leave it for half an hour. The usual answer for this is that the drive needs to be re-indexed, which can take some time

Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes, and see if that solves the problem.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

I have an idea! Maybe the entire 360 game library should be remastered for the X1!

I dont understand why someone thought this was a good idea? Why make people scroll through the entire library when they just want to check out what's new? Why change something if it's not broken? I no longer frequent game pass because of this and since I don't I'm actually considering canceling it. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
