    Hi. I've done every other sort of troubleshooting effort so why not try here.

    For context - I purchased the entertainment for all plan roughly 2 years ago (contract ends in like 2 weeks~), and since probably ... November 2013 I've been unable to play it.

    Now, I do have a good idea as to why that is. I used a different card 1 month to pay the $14.99, and said payment got returned. Okay cool, well, not really, but yeah. I've recently tried over the past 2 weeks various troubleshooting efforts, payment methods,
    I've spoken with about 10 or so different customer service reps who, bless them, all individually tried several different things to no avail. So, queue "Xbox specialists". They've pretty much been no help as a couple of times this past week they've told me,
    the issue is fixed and they're just checking in to see how I'm enjoying my Xbox. Well, I'm not enjoying it, because I can't play it. Now these cards I've tried to add all range from prepaid debit cards, to actual credit cards, and none of them work.

    I just signed up for the entertainment for all plan. Got the new xbox, but now apparently i find out that the model of modem/router i have isn't compatible with the xbox so i have no way of using xbox live. Is there a way i can cancel the plan without paying
    the early termination fee and not have to lose my xbox? since apparently your product doesn't want to work right?

    I'm sorry to tell you that only phone support can help with billing issues. You'll need to contact them again. If you don't get someone who can help you this time ask to speak with a supervisor.

    I would expect that it is tied to your account. I will try to check into this further for you, but I am pretty certain I am correct on that.

    Yes my Live account is still active and I have called support several time sense I wrote this and each time they say they are creating a case and will call me back but never do. I'm so tired of the worthless support that Microsoft offers.

    To be totally honest, your best bet is to first try to troubleshoot the router/modem with the connectivity departmart at the support ph# and if that does not work replace the router and our modem to something compatible. There would be no way to cancel the
    2yr live contract AND keep the xbox without paying off the rest of the xbox (aka early termination fee).
