    Xbos one Preview - enrollpending

    Hello,

    i was invited to the preview program but now it onlys says enrollpending.

    Anything i can do to force this?

    Im waiting for this for 4 days now.

    XBOX Preview Program

    I recently got an invite to the preview program and downloaded the app to my xbox a few days ago. I am really looking forward to playing my xbox 360 games but unfortunately my console still says "EnrollPending". It has been close to 4 days since I downloaded
    the app. Hopefully someone can give me some help with this issue.

    Hi Reaver,

    there was a bit of a backlog enrolling consoles previously - so you may just be in a queue. However the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to grant you access
    to the preview area of the forums and then you will be able to post here and the preview team can look into it for you.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    Hello, I was invited to the preview program on 10/4/15. I accepted the invite and my status has been idle at "EnrollPending" for 10 days, with action reading "Pending". A member of the Xbox support team instructed me to post on this forum to have this resolved.
