Enrolled and accepted in Preview program - settings says 6.2.13176.0, but still showing old ...

Hi, I've enrolled in the preview program, and have been accepted, and downloaded multiple 200mb ish updates, however my system is still booting into the normal xbox one dashboard. Im not too sure what to do from here, as far as i know i should be booting
into the preview dash? if anybody has any experience with this problem or is able to help me, please, I'm all out of ideas.

i don't have access to the private forum with my gamertag either, even though it clearly says status:enrolled in the app.

hi their i have been invited and accepted into the preview dashboard xbox support say my console is enrolled in the program

but i havnt received the download link for the preview dashboard but they say (support) im past that point can anyone help ?

 

Question about the Xbox Preview Program.

I just got off the phone with Xbox customer support telling me to make a post on the forums it says I'm enrolled for your Xbox preview program but I've never received a message on my xbox or an email stating that I was accepted how do I proceed in the Xbox
preview program?

All issues with the preview program will need to be posted in the private preview program forums. Since you cannot access them, you will now need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to those forums.

As a side note, when you say "booting into the preview dash", it isn't meant to look different from the normal dash.

It is the same dashboard

If you look at your apps the prevoew dashboard would be there if you redeemed the codes

The only thing different is the preview app and when you boot into a supported 360 xbox game

You dont do anything

Invites by friends dont garentee you would be approved

You cna check wjth support
