    Better service or cheaper prices because this is bullsh*t. >6 years with xbox live and THIS is where im at. error code 0x87e107df or 0x87e107ed or whatever else y'all wanna call it? how about allowing us to play the f*cking game that we paid for????

    Every time I get online to play black opps 2 Xbox live asks me for a password or a security code.. This happened to me a few months ago. I couldn't remember my password so I got locked out of my last account. I still had 6 months left on my gold membership.
    What a waste! Now I built a new account. Remembered all my info and now they suspend me for not updating my billing info. WTF! How many times do I have to waste my money on gold memberships that I can't use? This system isn't designed for the customer, it's
    made for Microsoft to steal ur money and not let u get what u paid for! Calling customer service is no help either! They just say there's nothin they can do and make u pay and build a new account.BS! I know PS3 doesn't make they're valued customer go threw
    all this trouble to play their games. So if non of these Microsoft employees are gonna make this easier I'm going to try my luck else where. My son and wife also have an account and we have the Xbox one on reserve, but alots gonna have to change or I'm switching
    brands and going back to PS4 cause this is soooo unnecessary!! The system is fine. It's the Microsoft management that's broken this go round!

    If your account says you need to update billing info, contact billing support the problem is that your Credit Card declined the last payment or two for your subscription, this problem only comes up when its been declined for more than 45 days

    I was banned for an xbox live mesaage, not in game communication. The enforcement team know nothing about the game.

    They are rogue, im not talking to them. Im waiting untill someone crazy gets offended by their misspractice and does something in real life they likely not see coming to them. I will just say, justice served.

    No one banned you just for talking about lag, odds are someone reported you for profanity. And the terms of service specifically state certain behaviors will lead to a ban or permanent suspension. Good luck.

    Im not checking their website out, the word in the whole xbox community knows of their reputation. Theres youtube videos on it. I have lost no content, im sticking up for others who have lost their content. The truth is that the customers are going to eventually
    boycott xbox alltogether and just go to some other company. One that actually treats their customers with dignity.
