    Every time I get online to play black opps 2 Xbox live asks me for a password or a security code.. This happened to me a few months ago. I couldn't remember my password so I got locked out of my last account. I still had 6 months left on my gold membership.
    What a waste! Now I built a new account. Remembered all my info and now they suspend me for not updating my billing info. WTF! How many times do I have to waste my money on gold memberships that I can't use? This system isn't designed for the customer, it's
    made for Microsoft to steal ur money and not let u get what u paid for! Calling customer service is no help either! They just say there's nothin they can do and make u pay and build a new account.BS! I know PS3 doesn't make they're valued customer go threw
    all this trouble to play their games. So if non of these Microsoft employees are gonna make this easier I'm going to try my luck else where. My son and wife also have an account and we have the Xbox one on reserve, but alots gonna have to change or I'm switching
    brands and going back to PS4 cause this is soooo unnecessary!! The system is fine. It's the Microsoft management that's broken this go round!

    Enough is enough!

    If your account says you need to update billing info, contact billing support the problem is that your Credit Card declined the last payment or two for your subscription, this problem only comes up when its been declined for more than 45 days

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team will not email or message you upon request.

    If you receive any type of enforcement action you are sent an email telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

  5. i'm sure 90 percent of players/custumors unknowingly agreed to the terms, it's ridiculous the amount of money some of us invest into microsoft only to have it unwillingly stripped away, i have hundreds of titles attached to my gamer tag that i'm now forced
    to play alone, without a doubt no threat was ever made on my part nor have i ever cheated so to have a communication ban lasting over 3 months is injust and unfair, i will aggressively seek out legal counsel, and if indeed i am truly and deeply in the wrong
    here then i do apologize

    You can't "unknowingly" agree to the ToU/CoC.

    It clearly tells you that you have to agree to them when starting your account & gives you the option to read them when starting your account.

    You can then read them anytime you want.

    If someone doesn't read what they are agreeing to then that's 100% down to them.

    100 day suspensions are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & are not eligible for a case review.

    It's not working for me at all now. It didn't work last month on certain games, either. Microsoft isn't in the game to actually give stuff away. It's simply false advertising to inflate the number of players on their free games. They will cave in and give
