Engraving Xbox One Controller Design

This may be a longshot. Is there any way to send a purchased custom Xbox One controller back in for engraving to be added on? I designed a controller with an engraving, and someone purchased it. But when the order was created it defaulted to turning the
engraving option off, which erased the engraving from the original design. What was then purchased was an incomplete design. So can a controller be sent in to Microsoft and the Engraving option be added on to a previous purchase at additional cost?

Authentic or fake?

Xbox did have a dark green controller for halo 3. If it has the holographic sticker and xbox engravings on the controller, then it is a genuine xbox product. These have been long sold out though.

Xbox elite controller needs engrave option to add personalised message

I visited the xbox design lab recently and came across the engrave option. As I am interested in purchasing the xbox elite controller, for the high price tag I would want the option to add this personalised message feature to the elite controller. I've been
in contact with both Microsoft store and xbox support and told me no such option exists and this is only available for standard controllers, even after letting them know I would be happy to pay an additional fee for this engraving.

Please make this option possible, even if there is an additional cost involved.

Once you get the controller, that's it. If it was supposed to have engraving on it or if it was the wrong color, you'd have an option.

You would want to contact Microsoft Store support to see if they can verify the order details and replace it if it was supposed to have
engraving.

i think a custom Controller from the design lab with your partner's favorite colors and a nice engraving would be great.

As far as I know, the only way to design the controllers is with the options available on the site. The only way to get any kind of name on them is by engraving. Per the Design
Lab FAQ:

Can I upload my own graphics and have them applied on the controller?

Not at this time. Customization is limited to choosing color parts and optional engraving.

No one from Design Lab uses the forums. Contacting Microsoft Store Support is the only way to get in touch with anyone about them.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this engraving issue with the Design Lab Controller, have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from the browser? I would also suggest trying a different browser or a completely different device
when trying to create a Design Lab Controller through the website. When you try to create the Design lab controller, what kind of error are you receiving? What kind of error message or code are you receiving when trying to add the engraving.
