    Engraving is not working!!!!


    So I tried engraving a controller for my dad's birthday and when I try to put his name it keeps saying "unexpected error please try again" no matter what I try doing.

    I tried using a different browser 3 actually and 3 different devices is there anyway I could fix this problem or find a way around it please!

    Engraving is not working!!!!

    I'm having the same problem. Either the web site won't let me enter any text at all, or if I do enter something, it says, "Unexpected error has happened. Please try again." and then claims that I didn't enter anything.

    There have been multiple posts about this problem since the beginning of the year. There is something actually broken with the web site and Microsoft needs to fix it.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

    Why is Design Labs engrave feature text box broken since 2017?

    The engrave feature is working fine in the uk I tested it through the xbox store on xbox.
