that's the thing is I just served a suspension and the next day after suspension is up, I randomly get notice that its permanently banned. i was in the middle of a game I just don't understand.

I am just expected to be okay with consequences handed by enforcement team and still have no resolution or further detail just because their stuff isnt working?

No. It's a frustrating situation. But even if you could submit a case review, you'll be waiting days for a response from it and it's rare they overturn suspensions so you would still be waiting for the suspension to end.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review on the enforcement site. However, the site is having an issue not showing current suspensions so it is not currently possible to submit a review. Microsoft are working on a fix, but all you can do is wait for the fix.

There's an issue with the notifications telling everyone they are permanently suspended when they're not. So it's only a temporary suspension, unfortunately until the site is fixed, there is no way to find out why you were given another suspension.
