Enforement Suspension Not really ended

My Communication and Harassment Suspensions were supposed to end on the 11th and 12th (yesterday and the day before) and I still am not able to send messages or talk in parties because Enforcement "extended" the date with a console ban past the original
suspension date on the enforcement page which was originally the 11th and the 12th, now I can't communicate with my friends until the 28th.

Unable to communicate after the suspension.

It's been a week after my suspension and still can't talk to people. I paid for services that I'm not getting. Xbox Live Enforement Team is a complete joke.

Suspension ended

If you are sure there are not additional enforcement actions on your account try the following:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

Otherwise contact support by phone as see if there is still an enforcement action on your account

Hi, all you can do is wait until the 28th or sign in with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-ie and file for a case review. It’s all you can do.

Hello Dominic, was your ban made by Enforment or Blizzard the developer of Overwatch?

Regardless of which of the two you received the ban unfortunately you will not be able to play again until the ban or suspension ends.

Usually small suspensions like this one of 48 hours are not appealable.

It doesnt matter how a situation starts, if you reapond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have a suspension lifted. Since the enforeent team upheld their decision, there
is nothing else you can do but wait out the suspension. Threatening legal action will only result in your thread being locked.
