Why did my gamertag get changed it was Christmas themed it was NutinMySock and now my money went down the drain and my name which I looked forward to all year got changed to a stupid gamertag and it doesn’t make sense to me why do they change it

Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

Need your opinion about a couple of gamer profiles

It cost 800 Microsoft Points to change a gamertag, $10. Change your gamertag of the one you like to something else, and then change the other one to the gamertag you like. $20 investment and your playing on the gamertag you want to play on, and you have the achievements to show off your progression of games.

If you really thought you'd get to keep that gamertag it may be worth reading the code of conduct again,that's if you bothered to read it when you started your account.

Thats so stupid, now I lose 90 days of progress from an unfair ban, because they miscommunicated, and cant even be contacted when they screw up... What the [mod removed] is that, complete [mod removed] they cant even respond to 1 email

Hey Samy, broad issue here

On the 5th of October I received a communication ban for a message I sent, this I justly deserved, I also assumed it was for 24 hours. However, when I went to sign in it said it was a 2 week ban instead. So I made an appeal that related to how excessive that was. What I wasn't made aware off was that a secondary investigation had been conducted that resulted in that specific 2 week ban and not the singular message I sent. Because my appeal had been addressing the 24 hour ban and not the 2 week ban the appeal was denied. I believe that because of a miscommunication I should be able to properly, and more accurately appeal to this case regarding my current suspension.

So I have been emailing them for the last 6 or so days, with no response, in an attempts to get a secondary review on this case. Normally these bans are communications based as well, but this has also barred me from accessing multiplayer games. In which there is time sensitive progress that i need to complete. I was wondering if there was any way to call or email or something in order to get a secondary review on this case ASAP.
