    When I attempt to click the "APPLY" for a Case Review, the button does not function.

    I just paid $9.99 to change my gamertag on June 26, 2018 and have been using said tag until July 14, 2018 when I received this message. If the newly generated tag was inappropriate in some way, I should have received a notification upon applying for said
    tag. Now I am forced to use a system generated gamertag or pay an additional $9.99 to change it yet again. This is unacceptable.

    I spoke to one of your XBOX/Microsoft online chat support specialist who said,

    I know that your Gamertag was not considered as offensive , however, it has been forced to be changed recently by our Enforcement Team because our offline specialized team are enforcing the most updated revision of what is now considered as offensive or
    inappropriate.

    If you would simply had notified me that it was offensive and requested an immediate change, I would have accepted that solution. Changing it and forcing me to pay to change it to my own is completely unacceptable.

    I would like to change my gamertag to something of my choosing, binding that it doesn't conflict with your new guidelines, without having to pay for said change.

    Additionally,

    Enforcement details:This account's Gamertag was inappropriate. This may be due to profanity, sexual content, negative speech towards a person or group, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events,
    controversial content, or other inappropriate references.

    This statement is highly vague and can be interpreted in a very large list of reasons. After 7 years of loyalty to a brand that stretches multiple console versions and more gaming titles than there is time to list, one simple gamertag change request would
    have been all it took.

    Suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. It takes time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints so the suspension could be for something that took place weeks ago.

    Sorry about your new GT that was only weeks old got reported and changes. Try to use a different browser to submit a case review if it can work, but its a long shot they will give you a free change.

    Just for cat curiosity sake, what was your GT that got banned? I might be able to analyze it further and what might have match in violating the old GT rules.

    You have all the info you need in the email you received from the enforcement team. From the enforcement site:

    "A forced Gamertag change now automatically assigns a new Gamertag to the account, much in the same way a system-generated Gamertag is provided when you first sign up for Xbox Live.

    If a player is unhappy with the assigned Gamertag and wishes to change it, he or she may purchase a new Gamertag through the

    standard Gamertag change process
    . "

    That being said change your browser and try to apply for a case review

    You have all the info you need in the email you received from the enforcement team. From the enforcement site:
