    Enforcement


    So my nephews account has a ban on it, from September 3rd and it expires September 10th. I logged into my account on his xbox, and within an hour or so, I received an email saying I am banned for 24hrs. I haven’t gotten into any fights with anyone on live,
    as I only communicate with people I know like friends and family. What can I do about being banned? I don’t want this on my history because I believe it is a false enforcement on my account. I was told by support that it has nothing to do with logging into
    my account on his xbox due to the dates, I was banned September 9 at 5 am UTC which is 1 am for me.

    Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

    since it's a 24 hour ban you can't do anything; but you can see if your nephew's account is eligible for a case review by logging in on
    enforcement.xbox.com.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
